I'm considering fasting starting this next month!

You know I love to fast, and boy the 1st of August is the start of a big one!

I have to do these things on the first of the month, I don't know why? I just do. I might try to do this fast for the entire month.

I guess I should look at a calendar to see how many days August has in it, it would be great if it only had one day, so I could get the Alice Springs chicken with garlic roasted potatoes with the French onion soup at Outback Steakhouse the next day.
