Finding the perfect space in which to live is pretty hard, however I have decided to go small rather than to expand into something large and unaffordable.

I really like this House!

It's just one room, so I need a couch that becomes a bed and a recliner that has a toilet seat, like that guy in the film, "Idiocity."

Leaning back in my soft recliner typing away at my latest novel, I can look out the sliding glass door and see deer foraging for food in the wooded valley.

When I need to hit the road for either a book tour or speaking at a film festival, I can take my cargo van also installed with living amenities like, satellite TV, lights, digital video cameras, desktop editing system and pull out green screen backdrop...

Oh, and a bed!
