I'm back in "the land of unattainable dreams," as the night clerk of one of the numerous Best Westerns in Gallup, New Mexico called Hollywood!

So glad to be back!

First things I want to do:

Shower with the wonderfully soft city water!

Wash the car free of the soot of LA smog that has collected on top of the sand and salt used on the icy roads getting here.

Figure out if I've miss a showing of "Inland Empire."

Go to the New Beverly Cinema!

Eat at Coral Cafe!

Figure out what the difference is between the $1.90 per gallon of gas I was paying in Missouri and what it is here.

See if any of the regular Homeless people I know have changed.

See if anyone I used to know here remembers me.
