I record some voice work I do for a radio station in Turkey called Joy FM from the motel room.

I made it soundproof in my room by squatting in the tub and covering me and all my equipment with blankets. It was warm and added something soothing to my sound.

Got some press today as All Access News covered my work for the "Endless Highway" album.

To celebrate all my good fortune, I reread a paperback that inspires me to no end, Ray Bradbury's "Zen in the Art of Writing."

He is awesome!

I think this book is wonderful and I can't be depressed while reading it. I think anyone, whether you are a filmmaker, blogger, logger, baker, banker, or homeless, can find some place in you that his words will touch.

Reading it at Jerry's, in a warm booth, over a hot cheese burger, in Oklahoma!

Sidney Sheldon died.

He was a very interesting guy who had to deal with depression before many people knew what it was. He also believed in aliens and UFOs... Yet, he did create, "I Dream of Jeannie," so the guy rocked!

Then Molly Ivins died, too?

I guess I'm getting old...

Everyone is dying!

All I talk about now is "Who Died" and "The Weather."

Right, I'm old!
