Shooting on Hollywood Blvd sucked!

I don't know what I was thinking?

There were so many freaks trying to hustle people for money, or street teams trying to hand out hip hop CDs nobody wanted, or scary people trying to get seats filled for the "Jimmy Kimmel Show."

I felt ridiculous!

I was attacked and racially abused by a Black Man trying to hand me a DVD he was selling. I politely told him my hands were full with my cameras and clipboard of Release Form signatures and he exploded as if I was dissing him.

He began screaming and yelling, "The White Man rules the Earth! It's a White Man's World! You got it made, White Man, the World is Yours!"

He went on and on screaming in my face. I was so scared. People began crowding around, cause it looked like I was gonna get an ass kicking and watching it was going to be the only Free Show on the block.

I moved everything I was carrying into my left hand and made room to take his DVD, but he pushed me and scream, "Don't worry White Man, It's Okay! I can live without your help!"

It was so scary! I am a man, but I was very close to tears. It was like I was a kid on a playground about to get beat up by the bully. I so wanted God to reach down and lift me up and over to the Pacific Northwest to a cabin isolated from scary people. Bigfoot would be my friend, I just know it!

While walking away to safety, I was stopped by a crew from HGTV interviewing people on the street. They broke the ice by asking me if I was okay. I wondered if they filmed the incident?

Then they asked me about the decor of my home. I realized the guy asking me was the host of a new show and whose promos I love. I couldn't find his name online, but he has an English accent, I think.

I answered the questions and I guess I was pretty funny, because they all laughed and he told me they had been at it all day and I was his favorite, so maybe you'll see me in a new HGTV promo!
