You know I believe in Ghosts, right?

Sometimes people see what they call "Orbs," little balls of light that many think are souls floating around.

Remember the guy that died in his apartment next to mine? Today they cleaned out his place. All his belongings were carried out to the dumpster because he has no family or friends to take all the stuff.

I found a cool piece of exercise equipment of his that I would like standing next to the trash. It is a tall collection of metal tubing that you can do chin ups and stuff on without fear of it tipping over.

I want it!

However, I believe some part of us embeds itself in our surroundings and possessions like the needle that cuts the groove in a record, or lingers like the smell of burnt toast, or the odor of Fresno on your clothes years after you were there.

I'm afraid that some part of his spirit will haunt me in my apartment.
