Housing prices are out of my league at this point, but I was watching the News while I was in the Hospital and they said the market is horrible for home sales right now.

Homes have been sitting unsold while owners refuse to lower their prices thinking things will change.

The TV said in Burbank alone over 1000 homes are sitting with no bids.

It's hard not to think we may be in for a Depression, with people worried about gas prices, War, Paramount firing Tom Cruise... Times are changing!

I need my hillbilly highrise!
