I can't think of a bigger fan of Bob Hope than me...

But this morning while stuck in traffic caused by his Memorial Service, I wished I had been his only fan. Traffic was really backed up and streets were closed. Plus, I get a flat tire.

Thank you Jesus!

Just for that, I hope they move those Ten Commandments from Alabama to Iraq.

Mars makes closest pass in 60,000 years and after waiting twenty minutes in line at a huge telescope at Griffith Park at 2:20am, I get to see a red blurry smudge.

Planets seem so much clearer watching Star Trek.

A priceless Da Vinci-thing gets stolen from some Scottish Castle... Think it might be a big plug for that book The Da Vinci Code? I see so many people reading that book. Is it any good?

Woody Allen's latest film is warmly received at Venice festival where they just love him. I was listening to a repeat of Howard Stern's interview with Mia Farrow and she discusses how Woody could write scripts on shopping bags and Hotel letterhead at a moments notice. That is pretty cool to be able to do that... I have 5 computers at my disposal and I can't write shit!
