As I was mentioning in an earlier post, I've been making some cool hypnosis tapes, well actually mp3s and they really rock!

I made one that guides me into a crowded movie premiere where a movie I made is being shown. I sit in the darkened old art deco theater and the movie begins... But I make up the movie in my head and it's different every time. There are questions I ask myself along the way about the movie and that seems to really make this a lucid sort of dream where I'm in control. I remember everything about the dream/movie afterword and some of them have been pretty good.

One was about troubled teens in the South who end up in a foster care kind of program that teaches them how to work on cars. From that they start working for a local stock car pit crew and the team becomes their new family. They all gain self esteem and skills with each guy falling for the same girl... That takes one on to become a successful driver at the track, while his best friend ends up a getaway driver for a Bank robbing crime family.

I'm telling you this hypnosis mp3 is awesome.

Sunday I slept 18 hours straight without getting up to go to the bathroom, or going in the bed. I lost weight too!
