In today's mail I received a nice Xmas card from my brother and his wife in Kansas City. There's an old tradition in my family to hang the cards up around the fireplace. Since I don't have one or a tree, I thought I'd recycle the card by sharing it's message and love with others.

I cut the cover off the Peace On Earth message and gave it to my friend Jane who is great at recycling, she makes her own clothes and makes great craft items out of trash. She cut up the card and words and images and glued, stapled, and taped it into a beautiful work that she displayed at my favorite Chinese place, Frontier Wok. Jane being Chinese herself sometimes has difficulty with English, but she's pretty good at it most of the time. Well...

At first I didn't catch it, but Ramon, another Wok-worker pointed it out to me... She had turned ON upside down so the new message was, "Peace, No Earth" we laughed so hard! I laughed so hard I shit my pants! Then it was me that got embarrassed!
